1. General Delivery & Return Shipping Rules
All original orders include free delivery service with zero delivery fees for all listed Kids Beds and Nursery Furniture products.
- The first return or exchange application submitted per single order will be fully covered by our free return shipping service.
- All secondary, repeated return or exchange requests from the same order will be reviewed separately, and return shipping charges may apply based on actual circumstances.
- Customers must use the designated return delivery channel provided by our team; self-selected private couriers will not qualify for free return shipping benefits.
No regional restrictions apply to delivery and return shipping benefits stated within this policy.
2. Valid Time Limit for Return & Exchange Applications
- All return, exchange or full refund requests must be submitted via official email within 30 calendar days after the customer receives the ordered parcel.
- Applications submitted beyond the 30-day window will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Customers must provide order number, clear product photos and delivery receipt when submitting return applications.
3. Eligible Items for Return, Exchange & Refund
Our store only supplies standard Kids Beds and Nursery Furniture. Products meeting all standards below can apply for return, exchange or full fund reimbursement:
- Unopened, unassembled kids beds, nursery storage furniture and matching accessories with complete original packaging, original labels, spare hardware and instruction manuals fully intact.
- Items delivered with factory defects, cracked frames, broken components, missing parts or surface damage caused during transit.
- Mismatched goods delivered due to warehouse picking error, including wrong size, style, quantity compared with customer’s order confirmation.
- Unassembled bed frames, cabinets with zero scratches, stains, dents or paint damage on all surfaces.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Goods
We reserve the right to reject all return and refund requests for the following merchandise:
- Fully assembled kids beds, cabinets and nursery furniture that have been installed and placed for daily use.
- Items with artificial scratches, stains, collision dents, peeling paint or breakage caused by improper assembly, misuse or long-term daily wear.
- Products returned without complete original packaging, lost hardware fittings, missing manuals or detached factory labels.
- Clearance, discounted promotional furniture marked as final sale on product pages.
5. Standard Return Process Steps
- Send return application email with order number, product issue photos and demand type (refund / exchange) to our official contact mailbox.
- Our support team reviews the application within 3 working days and sends official return authorization instructions if approved.
- Pack the item fully with all original accessories and packaging following provided packing guidelines.
- Deliver the parcel via the assigned shipping channel and retain the delivery tracking number for verification.
- Await inspection results after our warehouse receives the returned goods.
Return shipments sent without prior official authorization will be refused by our warehouse and cannot be processed for refund or exchange.
6. Refund Processing Timeline & Payment Arrival Rules
- Our warehouse team completes full product inspection within 5 working days after receiving returned parcels.
- If inspection passes all eligibility standards, refund requests will be issued to the original payment channel within 2 working days after inspection confirmation.
- Refunded funds will arrive in customer payment accounts within 3 to 10 working days after refund issuance, subject to the processing cycle of independent payment service providers.
- Partial refunds will be issued for returned goods with minor incomplete accessories, with deduction amounts confirmed and notified to customers before processing.
- Cash refunds are not supported; all funds are returned via the original checkout payment method only.
7. Exchange Processing Terms
- Exchange applications follow identical eligibility, time limit and packaging rules as return requests.
- The first exchange delivery cost for each order is fully covered by our free shipping policy.
- For repeated exchange applications from one single order, additional outbound and return shipping fees will be charged to customers before dispatching replacement items.
- Replacement furniture will be dispatched within 4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned original goods.
- If the target exchange furniture model is out of stock, customers may choose to switch to other in-stock items or convert the exchange application to a full refund.
8. Liability Disclaimer Clause
- We shall not take responsibility for delayed return inspection and refund progress caused by customer delayed delivery, lost tracking numbers or incomplete returned packages.
- We are not liable for indirect losses including but not limited to time cost, rental loss and additional purchase expenses arising after furniture delivery.
- We do not compensate for damage to returned furniture caused by insufficient customer packaging during return transit.
- We reserve the right to adjust this policy reasonably in accordance with relevant trading regulations, and updated versions will take effect once published on the website without separate notification to customers.
- We hold no liability for disputes generated from customers’ misjudgment of furniture size, color or style before placing orders; such cases do not qualify for free return shipping services.
- Any failure to comply with the full rules listed in this policy will result in automatic rejection of refund and exchange requests without further negotiation.
