1. Free Delivery General Rule
All Kids Beds and Nursery Furniture orders qualify for complimentary delivery service with zero delivery surcharges. No regional delivery restrictions apply to this free shipping offer.
This free delivery benefit only applies to original outbound orders, return shipping costs follow the rules stated within our Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Order Processing Timeline
- All paid orders will enter warehouse sorting within 2 working days after successful checkout.
- Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
- Customers will receive a tracking reference number via email once goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
3. Standard Delivery Lead Time
- Standard delivery will be completed within 5–10 working days after dispatch of nursery furniture and kids bed products.
- Extended delivery time may occur during peak order periods, and we will notify customers of estimated delays in advance via email.
- Tracking information updates at intervals during transit; customers can check delivery progress using the provided tracking number.
4. Delivery Receipt Requirements
- A signature confirmation is required upon parcel arrival to complete delivery handover.
- Customers must inspect outer packaging and furniture condition in front of delivery personnel before signing for receipt.
- Any visible damage, missing boxes or broken components must be recorded and photographed at the moment of delivery; relevant photos need to be sent to our official email within 24 hours for follow-up support.
Damage claims submitted after full delivery handover without on-site photo evidence cannot be accepted for compensation or replacement requests.
5. Failed & Missed Delivery Arrangements
- If no recipient is available at the delivery address during the first delivery attempt, the courier will leave a notification with collection or re-delivery options.
- One complimentary re-delivery attempt will be arranged at no extra cost for each order.
- Additional re-delivery fees will apply for further missed delivery attempts, and related charges shall be borne by the customer.
- Unclaimed parcels held by courier services for more than 7 calendar days will be returned to our warehouse automatically.
6. Out of Stock & Delivery Adjustment Terms
- If ordered kids beds or nursery furniture runs out of stock after payment, our team will contact buyers within 3 working days to provide two solutions: wait for restock or cancel the order for full refund.
- Restock waiting duration will be clearly notified to customers, and customers can choose to withdraw orders at any time before dispatch with zero extra fees.
7. Shipping Liability Disclaimer
- We do not bear responsibility for delivery delays caused by uncontrollable external factors including extreme weather, courier network failures and public traffic adjustments.
- We shall not compensate indirect losses such as time expenditure and temporary accommodation costs resulting from delayed delivery.
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by customers will lead to delivery failure, and all related secondary shipping costs shall be covered by the buyer.
- We reserve the right to adjust shipping rules in compliance with mainstream logistics standards, and revised policy versions take effect once published on the website without separate user notification.
